Bio

Brittney A. Rodriguez joined Stegmeier, Gelbart, Schwartz & Benavente, LLP as an Associate Attorney in July 2019. Brittney received her Juris Doctor, with an emphasis in Trial and Appellate Advocacy from Western State College of Law, where she graduated with Honors. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.

Throughout law school Brittney was a legal intern practicing Family Law at an A-V rated firm for nearly four years. After she was admitted to the California State Bar she worked as an Associate Attorney, gaining experience while working with a Certified Family Law Specialist with over 30 years of experience.

While attending law school Brittney was the Honor’s Moot Court Director of National Competitions, competing in various competitions across the nation, including the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare & Adoption Law in Columbus, Ohio and Appellate Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition in Chicago, Illinois. Brittney was also on the board of the Women’s Law Association.

Brittney is devoted to practicing Family Law. She is driven by her passion for human psychology and helping families transition throughout difficult times. She is a member of the Family Law section of the Orange County Bar Association.
