Bahareh Maleki-Parvin joined Stegmeier, Gelbart, Schwartz & Benavente, LLP, as an Associate Attorney in 2023. Ms. Maleki-Parvin obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2021 from Pacific Coast University and became licensed to practice law in 2022. While in law school, Ms. Maleki-Parvin was a recipient of the Carlson and Johnson Scholarship Award.

Prior to, and while attending law school, Ms. Maleki-Parvin worked for over 20 years in a Fortune 500 firm in the consumer financial services and mortgage industries. She worked closely with wealth management teams for high-net-worth individuals. This extensive background in managing complex financial transactions has served her well in her transition to a family law attorney representing clients with high-net-worth estates.

Ms. Maleki-Parvin brings a unique perspective to her family law clients, stemming from her Iranian American background which provides her with a profound understanding of cultural nuances in family law situations. Ms. Maleki-Parvin speaks Farsi fluently.

Ms. Maleki-Parvin holds a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and has successfully served as a mediator of dissolution matters as part of her law practice.

While with Stegmeier, Gelbart, Schwarz & Benavente, LLP, Ms. Maleki-Parvin has devoted her practice to family law litigation and has honed her trial skills by participating in the Family Law Trial Basics Practicum, presented by the Southern California Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

In addition to being licensed to practice law in all courts in California, Ms. Maleki-Parvin possesses a California Real Estate License, as well as certifications in Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and Legal Aspects of Real Estate.

In her spare time, Bahareh enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, going to the beach, and staying active at the gym or outdoors. She is passionate about Jiu Jitsu, in which she has trained for several years.
