Alternatives to Using the Public Court System
Our law firm is a strong advocate of private dispute resolution with the use of a private judge. Not only does this allow a client's case to proceed on their own time table, it also keeps your private family matters out of the public eye. Additionally, with a private judge, we retain more control over the process and scheduling of a client's case than we would have in a public courtroom. A trial within the context of ADR will also be kept out of the public eye.
There may often be times when a client or attorney decides that a public court trial is a better option for their legal situation. Our attorneys are just as skilled in an Orange County courtroom as they are in a private mediation. We are extremely familiar with the Orange County court system, as we limit our practice to Orange County courts.
