Joan E. Loos

Joan E. Loos is an associate attorney with Stegmeier & Gelbart, LLP. Ms. Loos was raised in Newport Beach and is a graduate of Corona del Mar High School. Ms. Loos attended the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entertainment Management in 1988. She received her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Whittier Law School in 2006 and successfully passed the July 2006 California Bar Examination. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Loos worked for the Orange County Superior Court for over ten years. Ms. Loos spent most of her years with the County as a superior court clerk in the family law division. Ms. Loos has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2006 and is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association ("OCBA"), Family Law Section. Ms. Loos currently serves on the Orange County Bar Association, Family Law Section Executive Board. In May of 2007 Ms. Loos attended the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section, prestigious Trial Advocacy Institute in Houston, Texas.
